Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We, at Cultivated Society, hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not content with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange of a similar product. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All purchase items posted on our site are valid for an exchange for a product of same value or full refund within the first thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be returned in its original packaging, condition and with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and in the condition it was received in. Send us an email contact@cultivatedsocietyonline.com with proof of purchase and reason for return to receive your prepaid shipping label and complete your request.

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return we will process your return or exchange in the order in which it was received. Please allow at least (3) days from the receipt of your item to be processed or exchanged. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

For damaged or defective products, please contact using the email below to arrange a refund or exchange.
